REFUND POLICY

Refunds & Returns Policy for IzzyB Jewelry

At IzzyB Jewelry, each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail.
We want you to love your jewelry, but if there’s ever a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Because our jewelry is handmade and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us at [your contact email] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Include photos of the damage or defect so we can assess the situation quickly.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Orders canceled before they are shipped (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After that time, your jewelry may already be in production and cancellation may not be possible.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages lost or delayed by the postal service.
If your tracking shows an issue, please contact your local post office or reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help locate it.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

If you received the wrong item or size, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll cover the cost to send the correct item once the original is returned in unused condition.
