1. About IzzyB Jewelry
IzzyB Jewelry creates handmade polymer clay jewelry, designed and crafted with care and creativity.
Each piece is made by hand, so slight variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and add to the unique charm of handmade art.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

• We currently accept credit/debit cards.

• IzzyB Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues).

3. Shipping and Delivery

Because every piece is handmade, we handle returns carefully to ensure fairness:

• Custom orders and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
