Thank you for shopping with IzzyB Jewelry! Each piece is handmade with care, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery details.

1. Processing Time

  • All items are handmade to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Canada 3-7 business days

 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

3. Domestic Shipping

Shipping is done through Canada Post, Fedex, or Purolator.
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

4. International Shipping

We currently not shipping internationally due to current tarrif issues.

IzzyB Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

IzzyB Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.


If your package appears to be missing, please contact your local post office first. If you need additional help, reach out to us through our contact page.
